SPIN Members are invited to an interactive workshop – “To Handle Stress, Build Your Resilience” (30 June 2018)
There will be hands-on activities whereby participants will gain awareness of the levels of stress they are experiencing and learn how to manage their stress more effectively. This will enable participants to better understand themselves (self-awareness) and work on the qualities that will enhance their abilities to cope in difficult situations (personal resilience).
